The Good Daily “What’s Good” Giveaway– Official Terms

1. Sponsor

The Good Daily (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

Each monthly giveaway begins on the first day of the calendar month at 12:00 a.m. MT and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. MT (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

• Email Reply Entry (Primary Method):
  During the Promotion Period, reply to any The Good Daily newsletter email with a response (e.g., sharing something good in your life or responding to the prompt).

• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
  To enter without subscribing or replying to emails, send an email to hello@thegooddaily.co with the subject line “The Good Daily Giveaway Entry” and include your full name and email address.

5. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries beyond this limit may be disqualified.

6. Prize

Each month, one (1) winner will receive a prize. Prize details, including approximate retail value, will be described in the applicable newsletter.

No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will occur within five (5) business days after the end of the Promotion Period.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Use of Entries, Content & Publicity

By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your first name, city/state, and any content submitted (including email replies), in whole or in part, for editorial, marketing, and promotional purposes across email, website, and social channels, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Content may be edited for clarity, length, and style while maintaining its original intent.

Sponsor will not publish personally sensitive or identifying information beyond first name and city/state without additional consent.

10. General Conditions

Entries generated by script, bot, or automated means are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
